The October Bulletin explores pathology’s role in resolving health inequalities. The issue features articles on inequalities in stem cell transplantation, the Welsh healthcare system, antimicrobial resistance, genomics, cancer treatment and artificial intelligence.

The issue also includes an update on the College’s strategy for the future, a preview of National Pathology Week and our 2024 essay prize winners. You can also read about our global antimicrobial resistance webinars and International Pathology Day.

In his editorial, Dr Bernie Croal reflects on the recent Darzi Report and the College’s work on a 10-year plan for pathology.
